McBish Delish

This week I hosted a happy hour on my back deck. Instead of cooking I took help from the store and put together a cheese and meat platter. Where I spent my time was making homemade ice cream and turning it into homemade ice cream sandwiches. Time well spent!

I created a tiny garden on the side of the house. There's a little dirt spot surrounded by our driveway that had no purpose. I built a two tiered garden with basil, rosemary, and thyme on top and flowers down below.

Awesome summer snack. Freeze some grapes in advance for a refreshing snack. Beware, they will make you cold.
